My Story
My journey as a Chiropractor has been shaped by both personal experience and a commitment to delivering better patient care.
During my undergraduate studies at U of T, I experienced my own challenges with pain and rehabilitation. While dealing with my own back pain, I began to recognize that many healthcare providers were limited by the techniques and perspectives they were taught in school.
This realization inspired me to apply to Chiropractic College with the goal of using that as a strong foundation — and then further expanding my knowledge and integrating training in various manual therapy and rehabilitation techniques throughout my career.

My Approach
After graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2002, I completed a Fellowship in Clinical Chiropractic Physical and Occupational Rehabilitation (FCCPOR) — an advanced designation held by a select group of chiropractors with specialized training in rehabilitation. I practice as an Integrated Chiropractic Manual Therapist.
Over the past two decades, I have continued to expand my clinical expertise through advanced training in Acupuncture, Active Release Techniques, Graston Technique, Selective Functional Movement, Neurodynamics and various Osteopathic Manual Therapy techniques.
My goal is to offer comprehensive manual therapy and advanced rehabilitation to help people in pain.
Clinical Expertise
Since 2009, Kinetica has been proudly serving East Toronto, growing into a trusted destination for integrated rehabilitation and wellness care for the Danforth and Riverdale communities.
My career in healthcare began at Mayfair Sports Medicine Centre, where I developed a strong foundation in multidisciplinary rehabilitation and patient-centered care.
Inspired by the opportunity to create something of my own, I opened a startup practice called Riverdale Chiropractic with a vision of providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to the East Toronto community. Over the years, I expanded the clinic from a small chiropractic practice into a thriving multidisciplinary health centre. Today, as Clinical Director of Kinetica Health Group, I lead a team of 10 dedicated healthcare professionals committed to helping patients recover from injury, improve performance, and achieve their health goals.
